Very helpful and friendly staff. Service was really fast and I love their lounge! The coffee machine that makes lattes, cappuccinos, and any other coffee you could want is amazing!

The Service Department does a great job getting you in for service in timely fashion. The employees are professional and courteous and took care to explain the services being performed!

Recently, I needed a new transmission and Bryant at Morrie’s was very helpful. He contacted the warranty company and figured out all of the logistics which made my life easier. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed during the entire process. I am very happy with my decision to take my truck to Morrie’s for service.

I’ve always had stellar customer service from Morrie’s. I feel like their prices are fair, and that I can trust my car is being fixed correctly. They are organized and have good notes in their system that makes you feel comfortable they actually know what’s going on. I have been to other dealerships in the area, and I can say without hesitation, I’ve had the best experiences at Morrie’s!

So far so good, had a transmission replaced for the company vehicle and the service staff members were awesome. A special thank you to Keith who made the process very easy going and thorough. I look forward to working with them in the future, and not the other Ford dealership located in South Lansing. This one is the better one.

Christian Wilson did an excellent job explaining the attributes of the vehicle to us and answering our questions. Elton Ables helped us out on Christian’s day off and over a couple phone conversations. Joe and Matt were also most pleasant and helpful with the many details regarding cost, financing, etc. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and they truly did work as a team. I’m a longtime Ford owner and have been through a multitude of dealership service departments, and Morrie’s Ford in Okemos is absolutely the only one I will go to anymore. I’ve been going there for probably the last 2 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Bryant at the service desk is the best… I get a true “customer service”experiences with him every time!

Abel was easy to work with and ensured a smooth and comfortable process with turning in a lease and purchasing a used vehicle. Matt was also great as usual with his customer service skills and making the financing process efficient and clear.

Keith at Morris’s was very honest. didn’t try to oversell or push repairs. I was very happy with the communication and repair work. I knew the issue going in and they confirmed i was right. Will take back again for more Warranty work if necessary.
